If i take my hands of the steering the handlebars start wobbling. Is this a form of unbalance in the tire?

  • Doesn't happen to mine

  • Good that some of you doesn't have this issue but i wanted tips to why it was happening...

  • Go to the dealers that sold you the bike and get it checked out as that isnt normal behaviiour.

  • That method is always a test I do whenever I get a new bike. Tells you straight away about the tires and frontfork alignment. ( and its fun to do :)

  • Same Frenk Janse , I also like to stand up hands off bars to scare drivers behind me ... and it makes my back feel better on a long ride ....

  • Don't think I've ever gone that far Ian ;)

  • Just keep your hands on the bars!!

  • I was a bmx stunter in my youth , transferred some of it to motorbikes ... standing up , steering with your weight , knees gripping tank is a great confidence builder ...

  • As frenk says , it's a good way to check if summit ain't right ... you should be able to let go ....

  • Frontfork alignment! That must be it Frenk Janse. Do you remember when i was asking how to adjust my steering ? I went to a mechanic who helped me and after that this is what happened.
