What exhaust do you recommend, Fmf, pro circuit?And v force reeds
I've got an fmf fatty on mine..but I've never ran a pro circuit..my daughter's kx100 has one and it's a zippy bike..both good I'd assume

Save your money on a pipe,run the stock pipe with a shorty silencer.....best bang for your buck ....imo
I've heard of people just running a silencer w/stock pipe.
It all depends on what you use it for... I'd just rebuild the top end and see how it is... Heck, a completely stock YZ 250 is pretty dang nice. I'd follow the owners manual and adjust the suspension to where it works best for you, possibly change the spring rate. Just dialing the clickers and setting the sag would probably be more than good enough. The stock pipe is pretty good, wait until you get a dent before you spend the money unless you just want it for looks.
FMF factory fatty, shorty silencer, vforce 3 reeds, vortex carb mod.
I think MXA did a test at one point and it showed the stock pipe was the most useful. I ran the stock pipe with a Dr.D silencer on my YZ
If your a woods guy, gnarly pipe. Moto guy, stock header with PC304 full length silencer. Forget all the bolt on bull crap advice from everyone about this or that and measure the squish, and when you get 70-80 thou send it out to be between 45-50 thou. Suspension if you're super light or super heavy for what you're riding, and a 270 front rotor.
The Suzuki needle NECJ p/n 13383-37FE0 it will be the best $11.54 you will spend! MJ168 PJ40-42 and have RB designs ajust the squish on the head.
Say what you want but the fmf sst pipe is NASTY power
